The Public Health Institute (PHI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health, well-being and quality of life for people throughout California, across the nation and around the world. PHI works to improve health and wellness by discovering new research, strengthening key partnerships and programs, and advancing sound health policies. The Center for Collaborative Planning (CCP), a Center of Excellence at PHI, contributes to PHI’s vision by providing training, technical assistance, and leadership development to grow the capacity of communities to shape, influence, and lead social change.
