Collaborative Self-Assessment & Action Planning: Keeping Fit to Sustain Collaborative Work

Workshops Collaboratives are proving to be effective change agents to promote community health and well being. But what does it take to keep a collaborative healthy and ensure its best efforts will continue?

Center for Collaborative Planning has developed self-assessment tools and processes used successfully in communities to enhance and sustain their collaborative work. This highly interactive workshop is specially designed to provide opportunities to learn from peers doing collaborative work. In addition, you will hear stories gathered from CCP's nearly 10 years experience working with collaboratives throughout California.

In Keeping Fit to Sustain Collaborative work, you will:

  • Gain tools to assess collaborative health
  • Discover multiple sustainability strategies
  • Learn how to facilitate an in-depth conversation on sustainability
