Women's Health Leadership (WHL) promotes health and social justice by supporting grassroots women leaders. Through a yearlong leadership development program, a statewide Alumni Network of over 300 grassroots women leaders, and special projects focusing on mobilizing the strengths of the Alumni Network, WHL has created an important constituency for change at the local level.

Community Partnerships for Healthy Children (CPHC) is a 10-year, 20 million dollar initiative funded by Sierra Health Foundation. As trainers, technical assistance providers and grant monitors, CCP has built the capacity of 31 community collaboratives to improve the health and well-being of children through community building.

CCP also houses the California Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) Institute. With 23 faculty trained by John McKnight and John Kretzmann, Co-Founders and Directors of the National ABCD Institute, the California ABCD Institute offers workshops, presentations, technical assistance and consultation on ABCD throughout California.
