The Center is proud to be a program of the Public Health Institute (PHI), whose mission is to improve health and quality of life for all people. Your donation of any amount to the Public Health Institute for support of the Center for Collaborative Planning will contribute to promotion of health and social justice by building capacity and engaging local communities to take action based on their own strengths and solutions. PHI is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization and your donation is deductible to the full extent allowed under the law.

Specifically, your donation will support these and other efforts:

• Enhancing the leadership capacity of grassroots women through Women's Health Leadership.
• Coaching community groups in Asset Based Community Development, an approach which engages local residents to develop strategies to address their community's issues by discovering and using their local resources.
